Downstairs, there's another King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus a delightful Kids' room furnished with a Queen bed, two bunk sets (one with full beds and one with twin beds), also boasting an ensuite. Further along the hall, find another bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Maui County Vacation Rental Permit Legal Requirements: Guests must review, sign, and submit the “MPP Guest Rental Agreement-Custom Homes” and “House Rules for Occupants and Guests.” Bookings cannot proceed without both signed documents.

Requirements include a minimum age of 25 for the primary renter, as well as adherence to specific house policies such as quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., limitations on amplified sound, designated parking rules, and restrictions on parties or gatherings.
